As (GS-14) FHWA Highway Construction Engineer reporting directly to FHWA Division Administrator to provide advise and assistance on all Roads & Infrastructures Projects in the MPW Local Projects Section (From 15 to18 Projects at any time, with a value in the range of US $180 Million.)
As MPW Engineer’s Representative reporting directly to MPW Chief Engineer, Roads Administration; with duties for Project Management and Administration on Major Programs and Design-Build Projects including:
Steel Flyover
Bridges Program

Contract project for connecting the mainland of Kuwait with Bubiyan Island and developing the first island roadways.
