Performed Preliminary design studies to produce  site plans, structural sketches and quantity & cost estimates for spillways, culverts, pumping stations, bridges, locks, gates, and buildings.

Volunteered for FEMA Disaster relief operations and served as:

 

Project Engineer for provision of 12 Emergency Disaster Relief Mobile

Home Parks at Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania after Hurricane Agnes caused

severe flood damages.
